Why can I not login to my account?

It may be that your email address is already registered with us as a customer, simply enter your email address in the returning customer box and click forgotten password, you password will be emailed to you to login.

How can I view the status of my order?

By logging into your account, click on past orders, you can see your orders process through our pick, pack and dispatch process.

Where can I find a promotional code?

From time to time we run promotional codes in our magazine advert, through our social media or email newsletter.

How do I redeem a voucher?

You can redeem a voucher by adding your chosen items to your basket, the check out your basket, when prompted enter the 2 voucher codes on the voucher, if there is a balance to pay you will then be prompted to our payment page where you can pay for the balance of your order either by card or paypal.

Do you produce a printed brochure?

As we keep all of our ranges as up to date and current as possible unfortunately we are unable to produce a printed brochure as our ranges are constantly changing.
