When are your next shows on Create & Craft?
You can find all our live TV show dates on our events page. We will also announce any upcoming show dates and times on the Chloes Creative Cards Facebook Page.

I would like to change the order I’ve placed. How do I do that?
We aim to get your order picked, packed and sent out to you as quickly as possible. If you’ve placed your order within the last 24 hours then please email us at email@example.com including your order number within the subject line and we will try to amend your order before it is sent, if your order has already gone through the pick and pack process we would be unable to change your order.
If you placed your order more than 24 hours ago, it’s likely that your order is already on it’s way to you. Therefore, you will need to return any unwanted items and reorder the items you wish to change.
Do you only deliver to UK addresses?
No, we ship worldwide. Please find all the details of our shipping services on our delivery page.
Please could you tell me when I will receive my order?
You can find all of our estimated delivery times on our delivery page. You can also track your order within your account on chloescreativecards.co.uk. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if your order has not arrived within the estimated time slot for your shipping area.
I would like to return my order, how do I do that?
We’re sorry to hear you wish to return your order. Please see our returns policy for all the information you need.
I can’t find [Insert Product Name] on your website. Will you be getting it back in stock?
All of the products we currently have in stock can be found on our website. Unfortunately, if you can not find the product you are looking for then it is currently out of stock. We do bring many items back once they’ve sold out, however many we do not. Once they’re gone, they’re gone. We try to keep our customers updated as and when new products arrive or previous products return by sending emails to our email subscribers and posting on our facebook page.
Am I allowed to sell my makes for personal profit using all Chloes Creative Cards products?

Where can I find product demonstrations using [Insert Product Name]?
Chloe regularly appears on Create and Craft demonstrating her products. You can find out when the shows will be over on our events page. We also upload tutorials on our social media channels including YouTube, Instagram and Facebook
How do I view the website in a different currency?
Unfortunately due to the changing exchange rates we are only able to show the website in £ sterling which is how payment will be collected. You can contact your credit card company who would be able to tell you the exchange rate they are using.
Using Chloes Creative Cards Website Questions
How do I create an account on your website?
In the top navigation bar, simply click ‘Account’. A pop up will appear on your screen, click the link near the bottom that says ‘register new account’ and complete your details.
Alternatively, you can create an account after you’ve added the products to your basket, during the checkout process. On step 2, ‘Your Details’, simply enter a password, and this will create an account for you.
Why can I not log in to my account?
It possible that the email address you’re using may already be registered with an account on our website. Click the ‘Account’ button at the top of the website and click the bottom link that states ‘I have forgotten my password’. This will then send you an email to reset your password.
How can I view the status of my order?
Once you log in to you account, click ‘Past Orders’. You will then see at which stage your order is at: pick, pack or despatched.
Where can I find a promotional code?
FFrom time to time we run promotions that apply to orders on our website. We promote these throughout the year on our social media channels, in magazines and in the emails we send to our customers. If you would like to hear about these promotions, make sure you’re following us on our social media channels and you have subscribed to our email newsletter.
How do I redeem a voucher?
To redeem your gift voucher, firstly add the items you wish to purchase to your basket. On the basket page there are two boxes near the bottom of the page. Enter the two codes that are displayed on your voucher. If there is an outstanding balance to pay you will then be taken to the payment page for the remaining balance of your order.
Please note: the entire amount of your gift voucher must be redeemed in one order.
