Let's Welcome Our Guest Design Team Member For July!

When we recently held a Design Team call, never did we expect to receive so many talented applicants. Choosing just two was no easy task, so although we did eventually pick the brilliant Carol and Elizabeth, we couldn't let others go unrecognised.

So, we're thrilled to announce that, for July, we're welcoming Guest Design Team Member, Joanna Eynon, who brings with her a wealth of talent and creativity!

Joanna is a Yeovil girl born and bred, bar one year when she ventured across the Atlantic to Canada, where she left a piece of her heart behind. She loves nothing more than getting out in nature, whether that be walks in the woods and the coast or exploring National Trust houses and gardens. She's in her element during the Autumnal months, especially around the Halloween season!  Joanna first came across Chloe's Creative Cards on a shopping channel and is now the proud owner of, along with many of our collections, over 240 Sparkelicious glitter pots - now that's one serious Glitter Queen!

Joanna's crafting journey started well before discovering us, however. She has been crafting most of her life, from knitting with her Grandma as a young child, doing art most of her life (including at school and at A-Levels), and baking cakes with her mum and sister. Cardmaking really took a hold back in 2018 when she wanted to improve her card style for her sister's wedding. She invested in a small die-cutting machine and a few wedding dies, and the rest, as they say, is history. 

We can expect a wide range of styles from Joanna, as she likes to adapt it based on the products she's using. One thing we can be certain of though, is that we will see lots of gorgeous cards using heat-embossing and dimensional flowers as these are Joanna's favourite techniques to use.
