We love the vintage feel of today's card tutorial that is sure to delight rugby fans everywhere. What's extra-special about this design is that you can personalise the card by spelling out the recipient's name on the shirt. Rebecca is the creative force behind this tutorial and she has used the new Happy Hobbies collection to great effect.

- Stamp and die set – Sports Shirt
- Stamp and die set – Balls
- Stamp and die set – Guitar
- 8x8” designer paper pad – Happy Hobbies
- Luxury pearl card – Bronze
- Mirror card – Gold
- Smooth white card
- WOW! embossing powder – Clear Gloss
- Self-adhesive Sparkles – Metallics
- Alcohol markers
- WOW! clear embossing inkpad
- Versafine inkpad – Onyx Black
- Art Glitter Dries-Clear glue with fine-tip applicator
- Pinflair 3D glue gel
- Chisel-tip glue pen
- Foam pads on a roll
- 7x7” white straight-edged card blank
- WOW! heat tool
- Die-cutting machine
INSTRUCTIONS:
1 Trim a sheet of gold mirror card to 6¾” square and affix to the card using Dries-Clear glue. Trim a sheet of patterned paper to 6½” square and affix to the card using foam pads. Finally, trim a sheet of Bronze pearl card to 6” square and affix to the card using foam pads.
2 Create a 5¾” square panel from white card and stamp rugby balls, ‘goal’ and ‘you’re a winner!’ to the background using a black inkpad and heat-emboss using Clear Gloss embossing powder. Colour in using alcohol markers and affix to the card using foam pads.
3 Cut a strip from bronze pearl card and affix to the right-hand side of the card using a double layer of foam pads.
4 Die-cut the shirt from white card and then decorate using the stamps provided and colour in the number. Affix to the card using foam pads.
5 Stamp a rugby ball using a black inkpad and heat-emboss using Clear Gloss embossing powder. Colour in using alcohol markers. Affix to the card using foam pads.
6 Stamp a sentiment using a black inkpad onto white card and heat-emboss using Clear Gloss embossing powder. Matt onto gold mirror card and affix to the card using foam pads. To finish the card, add a few metallic self-adhesive sparkles to the corners to finish.
