We are currently on lockdown in the UK, we have to respect this to support our NHS. As a result of this we are unable to take international orders to the post office to post, to protect our health and wellbeing. We feel as a small family business we are incredibly lucky to be able to work as we are and continue to dispatch UK online orders.
UK orders are continuing to dispatch as normal.
As soon as we can reinstate the international delivery service we will, but at present we cannot give a date for this.

We work incredibly hard to ensure that your orders are picked packed and sent quickly. Orders are sent via our trusted delivery partners - Royal Mail 1st Class postal service. (orders over £100 sent with a signature required on delivery or via Interlink/DPD).
Here at Chloes Creative Cards we do our best to exceed your expectations and provide detailed photography and product descriptions to avoid any disappointment when you receive your ordered items, and we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase.
If you wish to request a return, please contact us in writing/email stating your order/invoice number, name and address and the reason for the return.
Any unwanted items must be sent back at the customer's expense in original packaging and condition. If you wish us to give you a quote for this please send us an e-mail, otherwise return the goods to:

If you are not 100% satisfied with the goods received we will refund them if they are sent back at the customer's expense in new resaleable condition within 14 working days along with the original receipt.
We suggest for your own protection you use 1st class registered post and obtain a proof of postage. The item will remain your responsibility until it has been signed for at the returns address. We cannot accept any responsibility for any item returned that is lost or damaged in the post.
Any refunds will be issued once we have received the goods, in their original condition. This refund only includes the total of goods sent not the delivery charge.
We will not charge a restocking fee for returned items.
Any goods with manufacturing faults on arrival will be replaced or refunded.
