WOW! is one of the largest manufacturers of Embossing Powders and
Glitters. Having seen a slump in embossing 10 years ago we set about
creating new products, techniques and interest in this incredibly
versatile sector of the industry. WOW are pleased to say that their
efforts have paid off as we have seen a great resurgence in Embossing
and the many uses for it….. try it on surfaces such as, chipboard,
cardstock, glass, ceramic, wood, fabric and acrylic to name a few, if
you can apply heat, you can emboss it !!
Produced in the UK, WOW pride themselves on the exceptional quality of

All our powder are treated twice for static as are the jars they come
in, it is therefore not recommended to decant, as this will put static
back into the product.

Delivery is charged at £1.75 per order no matter how large or small. Your order will usually be sent by Royal Mail 1st Class. Other courier and next day services are available upon request. Once you have placed an order it will be dispatched the same day or the next day depending on the time the order was placed, however at busier periods this may be extended to 3 -5 working days or if we are away at a show the next dispatch date will be displayed on the homepage. To ensure that your order reaches you in pristine condition it will be packaged suitably for postage. Please allow up to 7 working days from your dispatch email for delivery of your goods.
If your order is not as expected, or an item is missing, please report this to me in writing/email within 48 hours of receipt.
If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will be charged for both delivery and collection cost.
If you are unavailable when our delivery partner tries to deliver your order, they will usually drop a card in to offer you a collection from a local collection point. If you should refuse delivery of goods, or are not available to accept the delivery on both delivery attempts, you will be required to cover any extra costs incurred.
All quoted delivery prices are for most UK Mainland addresses. Northern Ireland (BT), Isle of Wight (PO30-37), Isle of Man (IM), Scottish Highlands and Orkney Isles (PA, ML, EH, KA, G, KY, PH, DD, AB, IV, KW), Outer Hebrides and the Shetland Isles (HS, ZE) will incur additional charges and may also experience delivery delays; morning, Saturday and "next working day" deliveries are optional and will also incur additional charges.
We will only deliver goods to the address on the order.

If you wish to request a return, please contact me in writing/email stating your order/invoice number, name and address and the reason for the return.
Any unwanted items must be sent back at the customer's expense in original packaging and condition. If you wish us to give you a quote for this please send us an e-mail, otherwise return the goods to:

If you are unhappy with the goods received we will refund them if they are sent back at the customer's expense in new resaleable condition within 7 working days along with the original receipt.
We suggest for your own protection you use 1st class registered post and obtain a proof of postage. The item will remain your responsiblity until it has been signed for at the returns address. I cannot accept any responsibility for any item returned that is lost or damaged in the post.
Any refunds will be issued once we have received the goods, in their original condition. This refund only includes the total of goods sent not the delivery charge.
We will not charge a restocking fee for returned items.
Any goods with manufacturing faults on arrival will be replaced or refunded.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

SagePay
When you shop with us, our secure server encrypts all of your personal information, including name, address and credit card information. We use SagePay which are an industry leader in secure internet transactions. SagePay are used by thousands of other UK businesses for transaction security.
All transaction information passed between our website and the SagePay Payment System is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and all messages from SagePay are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely secure in the knowledge that nothing passed to SagePay can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.
Once on the SagePay system, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards used by, among others, the US Government. The encryption keys are held on state-of-the-art, tamper proof systems in the same family as those used to secure VeriSign's Global Root certificate, making them all but impossible to extract. The data they hold is extremely secure and they are regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure it remains so.
SagePay has multiple private links into the banking network that are completely separate from the Internet and which do not cross any publicly accessible networks. Any cardholder information sent to the banks and any authorisation message coming back is secure and cannot be tampered with.
No individuals within our company or SagePay are able to decrypt transaction information or cardholder data. Their systems only allow access to our most senior staff and only in extenuating circumstances (such as investigations of Card Fraud by the Police). Your card information is secure even from their own employees because the systems never display the full card numbers, even on administration screens.
