INSTRUCTIONS:
Trim down two different-sized matts in gold mirror card and Lapis Lazuli pearl card. Go around the edges of the Lapis Lazuli panel with Silver Crystal Sparkelicious glitter, then matt and layer both panels and secure onto the base card with foam pads.
Stamp and heat-emboss the Starlit Star onto white card using Polished Gold embossing powder and a clear embossing inkpad. Matt onto gold mirror card, then affix to the base card with foam pads. Glitter the stamped image using Dulce de Leche Sparkelicious glitter, working from the centre outward.
Using the dies from the Starlit Star set, cut them both in Lapis Lazuli pearl card. Go around the edges of the largest star with Silver Crystal Sparkelicious glitter and Dulce de Leche on the smaller one. Secure both stars to the main card using foam pads.
Stamp and heat-emboss the sentiment onto white card, then die-cut around it using a small circle from the Basic Circle die set and secure in place with a foam pad.
Colour the Flower Sparkle using a blue marker pen and attach the white bow and Flower Sparkle to the main card using 3D glue gel.
