INSTRUCTIONS:
Trim a sheet of Rose Quartz pearl card to 7¾” square and affix to a card blank using dries-clear glue. Trim patterned paper to 7½” square, edge with a chisel-tip glue pen, cover in Glass Slipper Sparkelicious glitter and affix to the card using foam pads.
Die-cut a frame from kraft card using the square nesting dies. Emboss using the trellis embossing folder. Cut two thin strips of kraft card and affix these to the back of the frame using dries-clear glue to create the look of a window. Affix to the card using a double layer of foam pads.
Emboss three sheets of peony vellum using the coordinating folder. Die-cut the flowers using the coordinating dies. Shape the petals by curling them and layer together using 3D glue gel. Die-cut the stamens from Rose Quartz pearl card and affix to the centres of the flowers using 3D glue gel. Add a sparkler to each centre. Apply dabs of dries-clear glue to the edges of the flowers and cover in Crystallina Sparkelicious glitter. Affix to the side of the card, as shown.
Die-cut the leaves from white vellum and colour from behind using Shabby Shutters Distress ink. Shape by creating a valley fold down the centre of each leaf, then tuck in behind the flowers using 3D glue gel. Cut out some of the foiled foliage and embellish using dots of dries-clear glue and cover in Diamante Sparkle glitter. Tuck in behind the flowers using 3D glue gel.
Emboss two sheets of the butterfly vellum, die-cut using the coordinating dies, and then adhere two butterflies together. Apply lines of dries-clear glue, cover in Crystallina Sparkelicious glitter, and affix to the corner of the card. Add self-adhesive sparkles to the body of the butterfly and a trail to the background.
Die-cut a small, pierced circle from Crystal White pearl card and stamp a sentiment into the centre using a clear embossing inkpad. Heat-emboss using Metallic Silver Superfine embossing powder. Die-cut a scalloped circle from Rose Quartz pearl card. Matt and layer together using foam pads and then onto the card. Add a few self-adhesive sparkles to a couple of the corners on the card to finish.
