We've put together a list of Frequently Asked Questions to help with ordering from Chloes Creative Cards, if you still can't find what you're looking for you can contact us and we will be happy to assist.

Ordering

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped 'fulfilled' you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to the courier to track your order. Please note we use Royal Mail, DPD and DHL to ship orders.

Where is my order?

If your order has been sent by Royal Mail, as selected at checkout we do ask that you allow up to 14 working days for you order to arrive, it is usually quicker than this hower delays within different areas can mean that your order can take a little longer to arrive.

If your order has been sent via DPD or DHL you will be emailed with your order tracking number to advise when you can expect delivery.

If you have any further questions please contact us info@chloescreativecards.co.uk with your order number and we will be able to look into this for you.

My order is showing as unfulfilled what does this mean?

Unfulfilled simply means your order hasn't been sent or handed to the courier yet, your order will change to fulfilled once your order has been sent.

My order is showing as fulfilled what does this mean?

Fulfilled mean your order has been sent and it has been handed to our delivery partner - Royal Mail, DPD or DHL

My order includes a Pre-Order Item when will my order be sent?

If you order included a Pre-Order item this will be stated in the product title, the due to ship date will be stated in the product description. If your order contains pre-order and non pre-order items your order will be sent in full when the pre-order item comes into stock.

How do I use my Sparkle Points?

Can I change or add to my order?

If your order has not been printed or packed we may be able to change your order, unfortunately if your order has already been printed or packed we would not be able to change or add onto to your order.

Do you sell in currencies other than £ sterling?

Yes we are able to accept payment in £ Sterling, $ US Dollars and Euros, depending on the country you are ordering from.

We provide a variety of delivery options which can be found on the Shipping and Delivery page here.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to the UK, Europe and USA, unfortunately due to rising shipping costs we are not able to ship to other areas. We do have stockists in Europe and Australia. More information about these can be found on the Shipping Page.

How long will my order take?

We provide a variety of shipping options, all of which can be found on our Shipping and Delivery page.

Returns and Exchanges

How do I ship my order back to you?

Any unwanted items must be sent back at the customer's expense in original packaging and condition. You can return the goods to:

We would recommend using a tracked service for returns.

Digital Downloads

Can I get a refund on my Digital Download?

As you have bought a digital product the sale is final, there are no refunds or returns available for digital downloads.

What paper would you recommend printing onto for the digital downloads?

Depending on your printer and the finish you would like, we we would recommend a high quality smooth white paper or you can print onto our Crystal White Pearl Paper which gives a beautiful pearlized effect!

How is my digital download delivered?

Digital downloads are postage free and delivered directly to your email inbox. You may need to check your Spam/Junk folder as sometimes the files can go in there. The downloads are delivered as individual 300dpi pages (you will receive an email with a download link for the files) as a JPEG format for papers.

General FAQ's

When is your next product release?

If you're signed up to our email newsletter you will never miss a launch as we always let our subscribers know first, however you can visit the Coming Soon Page of the website which will show a countdown for our next release.

Can I sell my cards made with Chloes Creative Cards products?

Yes, provided you are making a handmade finished item, we have a full Angel Policy at Chloes Creative Cards, details about our Angel Policy can be found here.

A product I would like to order is Sold Out, when will it be restocked?

If a product you would like to order is out of stock you can sign up to be notified when the product is restocked, by entering your email address on the product page.

Inspiration

I've seen a card on TV I would like to recreate - where can I find it?

As I'm sure you can imagine we create hundreds of cards every single year, so it is impossible to be able to provide instructions for every project, however you can find lots of inspiration and tutorials across our social media channels including on the blogFacebook PageInstagram PagePinterest Boards and YouTube Channel.
