If you order is sent via Royal Mail 1st Class post there will be no tracking available. If you order is sent via DHL or a tracked service we will email a tracking number to you.
Due to the current Covid-19 situation we are asking that you allow up to 14 working days for your order to arrive, if your order has not arrived within this time frame, please contact email@example.com and we'll be able to look into this for you.
Unfulfilled simply means your order hasn't been sent yet, you order will change to fulfilled once your order has been sent.
If you order has not been printed or packed we may be able to change your order, unfortunately if your order has already been printed or packed we would not be able to change or add onto to an order.
Unfortunately we are only able to accept payments in £ sterling, and are unable to offer a conversion or exchange rate as this would be provided by your credit card company.

UK Standard Delivery items are sent within 3-5 working days days (this may be prolonged to 7 days during busy periods), these items are sent via Royal Mail 1st class post, there is no tracking for this type of post.
UK Express Delivery items are sent within 1-3 working days on a UK next day service, your tracking number will be emailed to you so you can check the progress of your parcel.
Europe Standard Delivery items are sent via a Royal Mail Tracked Service, once sent your tracking number will be added to your order so you can track the progress of your parcel.
Europe and USA Express Delivery items are sent via DHL Express, your tracking number will be added to your order upon dispatch so you can track the progress of your parcel, depending on the country delivering to this is usually within 3-5 working days.
Worldwide Express Delivery items are sent via DHL Express, your tracking number will be added to your order upon dispatch so you can track the progress of your parcel, depending on the country delivering to this is usually within 7-10 working days.
Please note that working days are classes as Monday-Friday.
On international shipments, Chloes Creative Cards is not responsible for any fees, customs or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer to pay.

Returns and exchanges
Here at Chloes Creative Cards we do our best to exceed your expectations and provide detailed photography and product descriptions to avoid any disappointment when you receive your ordered items, and we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase.
If you wish to request a return, please contact us in writing/email stating your order/invoice number, name and address and the reason for the return.
