If you wish to request a return, please get in touch with us by writing/email, stating your order/invoice number, name and address, and the reason for the return.
Unwanted items can be returned in their original packaging and condition, at your expense. If you'd like a quote for the return, please email us. Otherwise, send the goods to:

If you are not 100% satisfied with the goods received, we will refund them if they are sent back at the customer's expense in new resaleable condition within 14 working days, along with the original receipt.
For your protection, we suggest you use 1st class registered post and obtain proof of postage. The item will remain your responsibility until it has been signed for at the returns address. We cannot accept responsibility for any returned item lost or damaged in the post.
Any refunds will be issued once we have received the goods in their original condition. This refund only includes the total of the goods sent, not the delivery charge.
We will not charge a restocking fee for returned items.
Any goods with manufacturing faults on arrival will be replaced or refunded.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
