  • 1. Log in to the rewards panel.

  • 2. Click 'ways to earn'.

  • 3. Click 'edit date'.

  • 4. Enter Birthday and click 'save'.

How many Sparkle Points do I earn for every £1 spent?

You earn 1 Sparkle Point for every £1 spent.

How do I view my Sparkle Points balance?

You can view your Sparkle Points balance by logging into the reward panel in the bottom-left corner of the screen. For a more detailed view simply click on the little clock with the arrow around it. This will show when Sparkle Points have been collected and redeemed.

Do Sparkle Points expire? 

Yes, Sparkle Points expire 12 months after they are collected.

Can I collect Sparkle Points by checking out as a guest?

No, you must be logged into your account in order to collect Sparkle Points.

What is the maximum amount of points I can exchange for a rewards or voucher? 

The maximum amount of points you can exchange is 400 Sparkle Points for a £20 discount code.

Can Sparkle Points be transferred from another account? 

No, Sparkle Points can't be transferred from another account. They are all registered to your email address and login on the website. If you need to change your email address please contact us, and we will be able to do this for you.

Can I use more than 1 Sparkle Points reward/discount code on my order? 

No, you can only use 1 Sparkle Points code per order.

Can Sparkle Points rewards be used in conjunction with other discount codes/automatic discount offers? 

No, Sparkle Points rewards cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts. You will, however, collect 1 point for every £1 spent.

Can I use Sparkle Points on sale items? 

No, Sparkle Points cannot be used on your basket if your basket contains sale items.

Why is my Sparkle Points code not applying? 

If your Sparkle Points reward voucher is not applying to your basket, please check that you do not have sale items or another promotion in your basket. This will prevent you from using a Sparkle Points reward voucher, as they cannot be used in conjunction with each other. Your Sparkle Points voucher must also be less than your basket total (less postage). If you are still having trouble please contact us info@chloescreativecards.co.uk and we will be able to look into this for you.

I exchanged my points for a voucher but couldn't use the voucher on my order. Have I lost the points?

No you haven't lost the points. The points have simply been converted to a voucher. The code that is emailed to you and that also displays in the reward panel, will remain active until you choose to use it.
