Covid-19 Delivery Update

Hi Crafters,

As we are in these strange and ever changing times, I just wanted to give you an  update on the delivery services we are currently offering. 

Europe Delivery Service - Suspended

Unfortunately due to our current DHL road service being suspended, with the impacts of Covid-19 and Brexit, and the ever increasing prices and emergency tariffs applied to shipments sent via Air Freight we have taken the difficult decision to suspend our European Delivery service, we are monitoring this closely and will update when we can.

UK Deliveries - Royal Mail Affected - DHL Operating as normal.

Royal Mail are doing an amazing job of delivering many parcels and letters every day, however there are some areas that are now have severe delays due to Covid-19. We are asking that you allow 10-14 working days for your order to arrive with Royal Mail.

If you would like to guarantee your order to arrive sooner, please choose the DHL express option at the checkout, full details about our delivery charges can be found here.

In the below areas we are also asking you to allow longer for your orders to arrive as we know that there are Royal Mail delays, some areas haven't had post delivered since 12th December 2020. Here is the list that Royal Mail have released of postcodes where there are significant delays -
