Today's card tutorial is beautifully soft and delicate, with a pastel pink and white colour combination. The sweet sentiment is perfect for when you want to send a 'just because' card to let a friend or family member know that you're thinking about them. Christine is the creative mastermind behind this design and she has used the brand-new Pretty Peonies collection to create the look.

INSTRUCTIONS:
1 Trim a sheet of Rose Quartz pearl card to 7¾” square, edge with Crystallina Sparkelicious glitter and affix to the card blank using foam pads. Trim a sheet of Crystal White pearl card to 7½” square, edge with Crystallina glitter and affix to the card front using foam pads. Trim a sheet of patterned paper to 7¼” square and edge with Crystallina glitter. Trim another sheet of Crystal White pearl card, this time to 6¾” square. Emboss using the Peony Background embossing folder. Add diamanté crystals to the centre of the embossed flowers and edge with Crystallina glitter. Matt and layer together using foam pads.
2 Trim a sheet of white vellum to 2x8”. Stamp the sentiment onto the vellum, as shown, using the embossing inkpad, cover with Polished Silver Super Fine embossing powder and heat set. Wrap the vellum across the top two layers, as shown, and secure on the reverse. Affix both layers onto the card front using foam pads.
3 Die-cut a sheet of Crystal White pearl card using the banner die from the Heartfelt Daisy cut and emboss folder set. Stamp the sentiment onto the banner using the clear embossing inkpad, cover with Polished Silver Super Fine embossing powder and heat set. Die-cut Rose Quartz pearl card using the same die. Matt and layer both together and affix to the card front, as shown, using foam pads.
4 Emboss four large and four medium flowers onto Rose Quartz vellum using the Peonies 3D embossing folder. Die-cut using the corresponding die. Add Crystallina Sparkelicious glitter to the veins of each petal using the fine-tip glue pen and layer up the flowers to give one large and one medium flower. Die-cut one large and one small stamen from Crystal White pearl card, add Chunky Crystallina Sparkelicious glitter to the tips of the stamens using dries-clear adhesive. Layer the large and small stamen together and affix to the centre of the large flower with dries-clear adhesive. Add a large pink pearl from the Candy Pearl Box to the centre of each flower and affix the flowers to the card front with glue gel.
5 Emboss a large and medium butterfly from the Butterflies printed vellum pad using the Butterfly 3D embossing folder, then die-cut the butterflies using the corresponding dies. Add Crystallina Sparkelicious glitter to the embossed details using the fine-tip glue pen. Layer the butterflies together and add four small pink pearls from the Candy Pearl Box to the centre. Affix to the card front, as shown, using 3D glue gel.
6 Die-cut two large leaf stems and two small leaf stems from Crystal White pearl card using the foliage dies from the Peony Flower stamp and die set. Add Crystallina glitter to the embossed details on the leaves and affix to the card front around the flowers, as shown, using glue gel.
7 Fussy cut two silver foiled swirls from the Fabulous Foliage foiled acetate. Add dots of dries-clear adhesive to the swirls and cover with Chunky Crystallina glitter. Once dry, affix to the card front, as shown, using glue gel to finish.
