Instructions:

1. Using a piece of Crystal White Pearl Card trim down to 6" x 9.1/4", score three lines around the four sides and glitter with Sugared Blue Sparkelicious, mat and layer onto a piece of Silver Mirror Card and then onto another piece of Crystal White Pearl Card where the sides have been glittered with Sugared Blue Sparkelicious and attach to the base card. 

2. Glitter the edges of a piece of Crystal White Pearl Card measuring 5.1/4 x 8.1/4" with the Sugared Blue Sparkelicious on to this mat and layer a piece of paper from the Summer Meadows Paper Pad secure a piece of the Sugared Blue Ribbon to the left-hand side and attach to the base card with foam pads.

3. Die cut a medium size oval in Crystal White Pearl Card from the Ex Large Basic Oval Die Set, glitter all around it with the Sugared Blue Sparkelicious, mat and layer on to this a smaller die cut using the Summer Meadows Paper Pad and attach to the base card with foam pads.

4. Cut as many flowers as desired using the Posy Flower Cut and Emboss Folder in Vista Pearl Card, glitter with Sky's the Limit and Sugared Blue Sparkelicious, shape and mould together and attach a jewel in the middle from the Sugared Pastels Bling Box.

5. Stamp, heat emboss and die cut the Dazzling Foliage and glitter with Sky's the Limit and Put on your Dancing Shoes and attach the jewels from the Sugared Pastels Bling Box with the Art Glitter Glue.

6. Stamp and heat emboss the Sentiment Builder Stamp onto Crystal White Pearl Card and die cut using the Ex Large Circle Die Set, mat and layer onto a silver mirror circle and attach to the left-hand side with foam pads.

7. Arrange the Posy Flowers and Dazzling Foliage on to the base card and secure into place with Pinflair, tie a bow and attach along with a jewel to the left-hand side of the card.
