Mr and Mrs - Wedding Collection Card Tutorial

Hello Crafters,
Create this fabulous bride and groom wedding card using a selection of items from the brand-new Wedding Collection launch! Glynis has used lots of great techniques within this card tutorial, including stamping and colouring, heat-embossing, dimensional flower creation, die-cutting, matting and layering, and lots more, so you'll have lots of fun recreating it!
Read on for a full step-by-step project tutorial.

YOU WILL NEED:

INSTRUCTIONS:

Trim a sheet of silver mirror card to fit the base card and fix into place. Die-cut the first and second die from the Flower nesting die set in Crystal White pearl card, glitter around the four sides of both using Crystal Crush Sparkelicious glitter and attach the largest die-cut piece to the base card using foam pads. Matt and layer on top a piece of silver mirror card and patterned paper from the Wedding Collection paper pad. Repeat this process using the smaller Flower nesting die-cut piece and attach to the main card with foam pads.

2 Using the Lace Heart die set, cut the main fancy die and outer die in Crystal White pearl card. Attach a piece of A4 double-sided sticky sheet (large enough to cover the Lace Heart die) to white cardstock and die-cut using the smaller outer die. Remove the cover, matt and layer the two pieces together, and then cover with All that Glistens Sparkelicious glitter.

3 Die-cut the first and third die from the Lace Heart die set using silver mirror card. Die-cut the second die in Crystal White pearl card and glitter the sides using Crystal Crush Sparkelicious glitter. Matt and layer the two largest die-cut pieces and attach to the base card. Matt and layer the two smallest die-cut pieces and attach to the main card with foam pads.

4 Stamp, heat-emboss and die-cut the Bride and Groom image using the Versafine Clair Black inkpad and WOW! Clear Gloss embossing powder. Stamp and heat-emboss the Bride and Groom again, cover the bride’s dress with the A4 double-sided sticky sheet, remove the top and apply the Crystal Crush Sparkelicious all over. Fussy cut and attach to the main image with Pinflair glue gel, then secure the bride and groom onto the main card using foam pads. Stamp, heat-emboss and die-cut the bouquet, colour with the marker pens, then fix into place with Pinflair. Attach small jewels from the Pretty Pinks Self-adhesive Sparkles set to the bride's hair.

5 Stamp, heat-emboss and die-cut the foliage using the Dazzling Foliage stamp and die set and WOW! Metallic Silver embossing powder. Decorate with Diamante Sparkle Sparkelicious glitter and jewels from the Chloe’s Favourites Bling Box.

6 Stamp and heat-emboss the Country Flowers images numerous times onto vellum using WOW! Diamond White embossing powder. Shade the middles of the petals with Worn Lipstick Oxide ink and add Crystal Pink Sparkelicious glitter. When completely dry, shape the petals, adhere together, and secure along with the foliage onto the main card.

7 Using the Wedding Sentiment Builder stamp and die set, cut the outer dies in mirror card and the inner dies in Crystal White pearl card. Glitter with Crystal Crush Sparkelicious glitter, attach both together, and secure onto the main card to finish.
