Create a Christmas card with a difference this year with a helping hand from our beautiful Pretty Poinsettias Cut and Emboss Folder. We've designed these folders to make it so quick and simple to create beautiful cards time and time again, here's a step-by-step project to get you started....
You’ll need:
Pretty Poinsettias Cut and Emboss folder
Sparkelicious Glitter - Salted Caramel
Sparkelicious Glitter - Radiant
Luxury Pearl Card - Fine Gold
Sparkelicious Glitter - Princess
Sparkelicious Glitter - Silver Frost
8" x 8" base Card
White Card
Die Cutting Machine
Square Dies
Double Sided Tape
Large Jewel
Small Silver Jewel
White Ribbon
Pretty Poinsettia Christmas Card Instructions:
Step 1
Emboss the 3D Pretty Poinsettias folder and glitter the holly leaves in Silver Frost Sparkelicious, the swirls in Radiant and the poinsettias in Salted Caramel.
Step 2
Using two different size square dies cut a frame out of the silver mirror card and apply double sided to tape to the space in the middle leaving a border of silver and glitter with the Salted Caramel.
Step 3
Cut 8 thin strips of the Fine Gold card and line the inner and outer edges of the frame.
Step 4
Secure on to the top of the embossed folder with 3d foam squares and mat and layer onto a piece of white with the edges glittered in the Princess Sparkelicious.
Step 5
Attach now to a piece of silver using 3D foam squares and mat and layer onto base card.
Step 6
Die cut the extra poinsettias from the set, mould into shape, place the small silver jewels in place and attach to the embossed folder.
Step 7
Glitter a large jewel with the Salted Caramel and when dry glue to a white bow and attach to the main card.
