UK Standard Delivery - Royal Mail Tracked 48 -  items are sent within 5 working days days (this may be prolonged to 7 days during busy periods), these items are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (as of 17th July 2023) your tracking will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Royal Mail aim to deliver your order within 2-3 working days from collection of your order, please note this is not a guaranteed service.

You will be emailed detailed DPD tracking, along with DPD predict where you will be given a 1 hour delivery slot for your parcel, you can also divert your delivery to a parcel shop to collect or nominate a neighbour or safe place to leave your order. Please note this is not a guaranteed next day service, there can be circumstances beyond our control (e.g. weather) which can sometimes delay delivery, DPD will inform you of this.

If you wish to request a return, please contact us in writing/email stating your order/invoice number, name and address and the reason for the return.

Any unwanted items must be sent back at the customer's expense in original packaging and condition. If you wish us to give you a quote for this please send us an e-mail, otherwise return the goods to:

If you are not 100% satisfied with the goods received we will refund them if they are sent back at the customer's expense in new resaleable condition within 14 working days along with the original receipt.

We suggest for your own protection you use 1st class registered post and obtain a proof of postage. The item will remain your responsibility until it has been signed for at the returns address. We cannot accept any responsibility for any item returned that is lost or damaged in the post.

Any refunds will be issued once we have received the goods, in their original condition. This refund only includes the total of goods sent not the delivery charge.

We will not charge a restocking fee for returned items.

Any goods with manufacturing faults on arrival will be replaced or refunded.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
