Burst With Pride - Leafy Lace Collection Card Tutorial

Hello Crafters,

Today, we have a pretty floral bouquet card with a beautiful sentiment from Design Team member, Glynis. This is a perfect card to celebrate a loved one's achievements, letting them know just how proud you are of them. Glynis uses the brand-new Leafy Lace collection along with a selection of products from the recent Build a Bouquet launch for this spectacular creation.

YOU WILL NEED: 

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

1 Cut three different size matts to fit on your card blank in Rose Quartz Mirror card, Rose Quartz Pearl card and patterned paper from the Beautiful Bouquet Pad, each slightly smaller than the last. Glitter around the Rose Quartz pearl card layer using Crystal Crush Sparkelicious glitter, then matt and layer the three pieces together and attach to the base card.

2 Using the Leafy Lace Frame die set, cut number two in Rose Quartz mirror card and number three in Rose Quartz pearl card. Glitter around the four sides of the pearl card panel using Crystal Crush Sparkelicious glitter, matt and layer onto the mirror card panel using foam pads and then onto the base card, also with foam pads. Using the same die set, cut number four in Rose Quartz mirror card, then attach a paper from the Beautiful Bouquet pad on top and secure on the main card.

3 Stamp, heat-emboss and fussy cut the main stamp from the Bouquet Builder stamp set. Colour the foliage with the green marker pen and glitter with Crystal Crush Sparkelicious glitter, then secure onto the main card with Pinflair glue gel. Stamp, heat-emboss, fussy cut, colour, and glitter extra foliage from the same stamp set.

4 Stamp, heat-emboss and die-cut the flowers from the Beautiful Bouquet Blossom stamp and die set onto Coral pearl card using Bright White embossing powder and clear embossing inkpad. Shade the flowers with the Worn Lipstick Oxide ink and glitter with Crystal Pink Sparkelicious glitter. Shape the petals and adhere together using Pinflair glue gel.

5 Die-cut the stamens using the Stamen die onto Rose Quartz mirror card, decorate with jewels from the Leafy Lace Bling Box, and glitter with Golden Blush Sparkelicious glitter. Secure into the middle of the flowers, along with a large jewel glittered with Golden Blush Sparkelicious glitter. Die-cut the string bows in Rose Quartz mirror card and attach to the bouquet with Pinflair glue gel, adding a glittered jewel to the middle. Using the Leafy Foliage die, cut from silver mirror card, attach all the foliage and flowers to the main card and secure in place with Pinflair glue gel.

6 Stamp, heat-emboss, and die-cut the sentiment from the Tiny Tag and Sentiment Plaque stamp and die set onto Crystal White pearl card using Versafine Clair Morning Mist inkpad and WOW Clear Gloss embossing powder. Dust around the edges with Worn Lipstick Oxide ink and attach to the main card with foam pads to finish.
