Lets Celebrate Cardmaking Project by Rebecca Houghton

I hope you are looking forward to creating this gorgeous gold and white celebration streamer card with us today.

This free card-making tutorial may be neutral in colour but it’s packed with detail thanks to our new Streamer Background stamp with its sparkling stars!

From the gold marble foiled paper layers to the pear and crystal bling elements - this card ticks all the boxes and we know so many people will be over the moon to receive this gorgeous design. 

So what are you waiting for? Let’s get started…

• Take die 6 from the extra large quares nesting die set and cut from a piece of gold mirror card, affix to the card blank using Dries Clear PVA Glue. Next take die 7 and cut from Opal pearl card and affix to the card blank using foam pads . Take you chosen sheet of patterned foiled paper and cut using die 8 and affix using Dries Clear PVA Glue. 

• Cut square die 9 from Crystal White pearl card. Using the hanging streamer stamp, stamp twice on the top of the card. Heat emboss using Metallic Gold Sparkle WOW powder.  Add Dries Clear PVA Glue to the stars and cover in Salted Caramel Sparkelicious glitter. Add some more dots of glue to the dots in the background and add clear crystals. Affix to the card base using foam pads .

• Use fancy decagon die 7 and cut from Opal pearl card. Apply Dries Clear PVA Glue to the edge of the piece and cover in Salted Caramel Sparkelicious glitter. Use die 8 and cut from Crystal White pearl card and stamp the exploding streamer. Heat emboss using Metallic Gold Superfine WOW powder. Add Dries Clear PVA Glue to the stars and cover in Salted Caramel Sparkelicious glitter. Add a few more dots of glue and attach clear crystals and white pearls. Affix to the card using foam pads . 

• Take the celebrate dies from the Celebrate Sentiment builder set and cut the top layer from Crystal White pearl card and the matt layer from gold mirror card. Attach together using Dries Clear PVA Glue and then onto the card using foam pads. 

• Stamp out ‘let's’ onto Crystal White pearl card and heat emboss using Metallic Gold Superfine WOW powder. Affix to the card on a double layer of foam pads . 

• Add dots of Dries Clear PVA Glue into the background and cover in Glass Slipper Sparkelicious glitter.

• Add three different size pearls from the bling box to the two bottom corners to finish the card.
