Chloe's 12 Projects of Christmas - Day 4 - Christmas Wishes

Hello Christmas crafters!
Welcome to day four of our 12 Projects of Christmas series - the 2023 edition!

Today's festive offering is this rich red, dramatic delight that packs a punch when it comes to both impact and style.

YOU WILL NEED:

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

Trim a sheet of gold mirror card to 7¾” square and affix to the card blank using Dries-clear glue. Trim a sheet of Jupiter pearl card to 7½”. Edge with a chisel-tip glue pen and cover in Red Poinsettia Sparkelicious glitter. Affix to the card using foam pads. Trim a sheet of foiled paper to 7¼” square and affix to the card using Dries-clear glue.


2 Die-cut the largest snowflake circle from Crystal White pearl card. Edge with a chisel-tip glue pen and cover in Crystallina Sparkelicious glitter. Affix to the card using foam pads. Die-cut the next layer from Jupiter pearl card and edge in Red Poinsettia Sparkelicious glitter.

3 Die-cut the third die from Jupiter pearl card. Stamp out the Snowflake Flurry Frame using the clear embossing inkpad and heat-emboss using Metallic Gold Superfine embossing powder. Glitter using Stardust Gold and Red Poinsettia Sparkelicious glitter. Affix to the card using foam pads.


4 Die-cut the largest circle from the Snowflake Flurry set from gold mirror card and affix to the card using foam pads. Die-cut the next circle from Jupiter pearl card. Stamp out the verse and heat-emboss using Metallic Gold Superfine embossing powder. Edge in Red Poinsettia Sparkelicious glitter and affix to the card using foam pads.


5 Stamp four large and four medium Christmas Roses onto Jupiter pearl paper using the clear embossing inkpad and heat-emboss using Metallic Gold embossing powder. Die-cut using the coordinating dies. Shape the petals by creating a valley fold down the centre. Layer two of each flower together to create four roses and add dots of Dries-clear glue to the centre. Cover in Stardust Gold Sparkelicious glitter. Add to the card using 3D glue gel. Die-cut a stamen for the centre of each flower. Add Dries-clear glue to the edges and cover in Red Poinsettia Sparkelicious glitter then add to the centre of each flower and add a crystal to the middle.


6 Die-cut four berry sprays from gold mirror card and add a few dots of glue to the berries, cover in Red Poinsettia Sparkelicious glitter and tuck behind the flowers on the card.


7 Die-cut four branches from Crystal White pearl card and cover in glue using a chisel-tip glue pen, cover in Stardust Gold Sparkelicious glitter. Tuck in behind the flowers to finish.
