What you'll need:

• Chloes Creative Cards 8x8 Metal Die Set - Basic Rectangles
• Chloes Creative Cards – Birthday Star Clear Stamp
• Chloes Creative Cards Geometric Metal Star Die 
• Chloes Creative Cards Stamp and Die Set - Champagne Glasses
• Chloes Creative Cards Stamp and Die Set - Beer Bottles Border
• Assorted Colour Marker Pens
• Versafine Clair Black Ink Pad
• WOW Clear Gloss Superfine Embossing Powder
• Chloes Luxury Pearl Card - Onyx
• White Card
• Heat gun
• Die Cutting Machine
• Chloes Creative Cards 3mm Foam Pads on a Roll
• A3 White Card

Instructions:

• Score and fold the A3 white card in half and die cut with the largest die from the 8x8 Basic Rectangles Die Set.
• Using the same die set cut number two in Onyx Pearl Card and number three in white card.

• Stamp and heat emboss the three star stamp from the Champagne Glasses Stamp and Die Set all around the four sides of the white die cut using the Versafine Clair Black Ink Pad and WOW Clear Gloss Superfine Embossing Powder and colour with an assortment of marker pens.
• Matt and layer this piece on to the Onyx Pearl Card die cut and attach to the base card with foam pads.

• Stamp, heat emboss and die cut the Beer Bottles Border x 2 and the star strip x 1, colour using the same colours as the star background and attach the three separate pieces with foam pads.

• Stamp and heat emboss the Happy Birthday Star Stamp, die cut with the Geometric Star Die Set and colour, matt and layer onto an Onyx Pearl Card star die cut using foam pads and attach to the base card.
