Here at Chloe's Creative Cards we like to provide you with a quick and easy delivery service. Working with our delivery partners, Royal Mail and DHL, we offer a variety of delivery options.

UK Standard Delivery items are sent within 5 working days days (this may be prolonged to 7 days during busy periods), these items are sent via Royal Mail 1st class post, there is no tracking for this type of post. 

UK Express Delivery items are sent within 3 working days on a UK next day service, your tracking number will be emailed to you so you can check the progress of your parcel. Please note this is not a next day UK delivery service, but a tracked courier service.

Europe Standard Delivery items are sent via a Royal Mail Tracked Service, once an order is dispatched your tracking number will be added to your order so you can track the progress of your parcel.

Europe and USA Express Delivery items are sent via DHL Express, your tracking number will be added to your order upon dispatch so you can track the progress of your parcel, depending on the country delivering to this is usually within 5 working days.

Worldwide Express Delivery items are sent via DHL Express, your tracking number will be added to your order upon dispatch so you can track the progress of your parcel, depending on the country delivering to this is usually within 7-10 working days.

Please note that working days are classes as Monday-Friday.

On international shipments, Chloes Creative Cards is not responsible for any  fees, customs or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer to pay.

Here at Chloes Creative Cards we do our best to exceed your expectations and provide detailed photography and product descriptions to avoid any disappointment when you receive your ordered items, and we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase.

If you wish to request a return, please contact us in writing/email stating your order/invoice number, name and address and the reason for the return.

Any unwanted items must be sent back at the customer's expense in original packaging and condition. If you wish us to give you a quote for this please send us an e-mail, otherwise return the goods to:

If you are not 100% satisfied with the goods received we will refund them if they are sent back at the customer's expense in new resaleable condition within 14 working days along with the original receipt.

We suggest for your own protection you use 1st class registered post and obtain a proof of postage. The item will remain your responsibility until it has been signed for at the returns address. We cannot accept any responsibility for any item returned that is lost or damaged in the post.

Any refunds will be issued once we have received the goods, in their original condition. This refund only includes the total of goods sent not the delivery charge.

We will not charge a restocking fee for returned items.

Any goods with manufacturing faults on arrival will be replaced or refunded.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
